About the Role
TopHire (https://tophire.co) is looking to hire Customer Success Managers. At TopHire, a Customer Success Manager is a client-facing role similar to a Recruitment Consultant.
Each Customer Success Manager at TopHire is assigned a basket of clients for which the Customer Success Manager must ensure are able to each achieve their tech and product hiring goals.
Customer Success Manager are expected to manage a team of Associate Account Managers who will report to them.
Onboard clients and ensure they understand how best to use the TopHire platform.
Understand client hiring requirements and suggest suitable candidates from the talent pool
Source candidates through a combination of channels such as TopHire’s internal candidate database, headhunting, referrals, social media etc.
Navigate the complete recruitment cycle for clients and maximize hires.
Manage the candidate status and communication in our applicant tracking system
Develop sustainable relationships by being a main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
Negotiate offers between candidates and clients to minimize dropouts
Manage a team of Associate Account Managers to achieve team and company-wide targets
Work with the Co-Founders directly to define an optimal hiring process for each client
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Great English communication both written and spoken
Experience with various sourcing strategies like headhunting, job posts, social media, referrals etc
Ability to pitch TopHire to potential candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner
The skill to shortlist candidates as per the desired requirements of the client
Conscientious. Always on top of your pipeline without a need for reminders or follow-ups
