About the Department
The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.
Personal Financial Services
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
A high profile person who possesses high integrity with strong relationship management skills which able to monitor a team Personal Bankers in order to achieve business targets.
Monitor and coach team members which complies with the regulations, guidelines and policies of the Bank.
Mainly responsible to execute effective business plans to deliver the desired target sets collectively.
Proactively carry out plans to highlight user-friendly and cost-effective sales and services to the customers.
Initiate marketing strategies meticulously align to the bank in promoting products and services to expand customers via new and existing channels which includes cross-selling with the purpose of generating revenue, mainly on wealth management, for more profitable relationships.
A recognised Degree/ Diploma in any business related studies.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field (Unit Trust & Bancassurance products) with a good track record.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and managerial skills.
