In this role you will be responsible for:

Support customer review for Small Account (SA) and Branch Large Account (LA) customers
Managing existing portfolio / Up selling / and Client retention
Conduct outbound call i.e., Renewal, Cycle call and attend to complaint calls
Manage the branch whole Customer Care Executive team
Coordinating with various internal department in ensuring proper execution and deliver outstanding customer service
Ensure all required reports are managed on-time and prepared accurately
Assist in credit control work including dispute visitation
Support Customer Care Executive for Site Survey and Corporate Presentation when the need arises.
Prepare Internal reports and attends management meeting from time to time.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

Degree or Diploma holder in any field
Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in Customer Service and Supervisory Environment
Excellent communication skills, people skills and efficiency in paperwork
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (MS WORD, EXECEL and POWERPOINT)
Possess own transportation

Highly Desirable:

Excellent customer care, solutions & negotiation skills
Ability to drive team to achieve & exceed targets
Ability to think on your feet to coach team with customer focused solutions
Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels
Excellent and multi-lingual in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in other local dialects will be an added advantage
Commercially focused and is alert of the changes and updates in market movement
