An Internal Auditor's job is to ensure that all the business processes in a company are risk-management compliant. The operating process includes assessing certain areas for compliance with relevant laws and evaluating how effective this department has been at implementing its controls into practices offer and recommendations to reduce risk.

Job Description :
Plan and conduct internal audit reviews according to the approved annual audit plan.
Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and compliance with federal regulations
To identify operational inefficiencies, internal control weaknesses, and any non-compliance to company policies and procedures, laws, and regulations.
To identify, query, and extract data from the database for analysis.
Plan, evaluate, executes and summarized audit results
Communicate with various department heads and key associates throughout the organization
Determine ways to cuts costs and improve profitability
Assess the efficiency and productivity of internal staff and make recommendations for improvement
Provide significant help and guidance towards the departments to review internal controls and procedures
Present findings to upper management in the form of reports and presentations
Minimize exposure to unexpected risk.
Requirement :
A degree in Accountancy/ Business /Finance/Mathematic or Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CIA.
1 or 2 years of internal or external audit working experience.
Strong work commitment and self-starter with the desire to learn.
Good interpersonal and communication skills and good team player.
Equipped with critical and analytical thinking skills.
Willing to travel.
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills & and make informed decisions.
Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
Ability to priorities work and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent documentation, communication and IT skills.
Excellent research skills to find all related information needed.
Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets.
