The role focuses on executing various HR processes and initiatives on a regular basis while ensuring that these processes meet compliance requirements at all times. Key process deliverables are Compensation & Benefits aligned to the Comp philosophy, Performance Management process, and HR Operations.

Primary Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement Compensation philosophy for the organization with the support of the leadership.
Ensure allied processes are implemented and adhered to basis the Compensation philosophy.
Implement Performance Management Program in line with the policy and allied processes.
Ensure year-round steps of Performance Management System (PMS) is rolled out/implemented.
Create appropriate awareness of the PMS system and that the organization follows it in spirit.
HR dashboarding and reporting.
Analyse trends and metrics from HR reports to identify focus areas and develop solutions, programs and policies.
Develop and update the SOPs, policy manuals for all HR systems and processes in a timely manner.
Prepare and publish the department MIS as per agreed upon schedules.
Track and monitor compliance requirements for the COE processes.
Employee communication for COE processes.
Upkeep and maintenance of employee data in online/offline formats basis the need.
Support in other HR initiatives basis organizational requirements in line with ‘One Nucleus’ culture.
Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate requests and queries concerning the HR function.
Participate in external surveys and study as appropriate.
Deliver the role in alignment with the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework, including Health and Safety (EHS).

Role Requirements:

Educational Qualification:
Master in Business Administration in HR

Work Experience:
4+ years of relevant experience

Skills Required:
Process orientation
Detail orientation
Ability to create and analyze process reports
Understanding of Employee Lifecycle
Understanding of compliances around CEO processes
Knowledge of HR operations and MS Office tools
Ability to draw analysis and present insights
Communication and Collaboration skills
