Leads a team in implementing appropriate quality control tools and process capability.
Identifies the conditions including sanitation practices under which the important pathogens and spoilage microorganisms are commonly inactivate.
Assess and identify process critical control points and recommend food safety control measures.
Review and recommend changes on process parameters that affects product quality and productivity (machine / manpower efficiency).
Perform validation tests to verify effectiveness or corrective actions and avoid recurrence.
Evaluates equipment reliability and recommend appropriate action (calibration, upgrade or replacement).
Implements improvement in plant-based laboratory documentation system.
Ensures efficient and reliable laboratory operation through application of Good Laboratory Practices.
Conduct audit of external operations such as Suppliers, Good Warehousing Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory Practices ISO, HACCP, FSMS, Customer requirements.
Facilitate cross functional alignment meetings discussing quality plants and programs to resolve non-conformances including product complaints and training related to Quality improvements.
Implements Company rules and regulations, Standard Operating Procedures, and responsible for employee discipline
Ensures consistent implementation of company rules and regulations, SOPs and guidelines.
Facilitate performance discussion and coaching to employees.
