Your Job Responsibilities:
To prepare detailed general layout, workshop fabrication & assembly drawings for fabrication, assembly and installation, after thorough site study and site measurement.
To undertake costing, prepare bill of quantity/materials, tender estimate and prepare quotations for trade enquiries.
To plan, organize, implement, control & supervise all projects and installation work to ensure on-time completion, within cost budget and compliance with specifications, and to comply with ISO 9001:2008 rules & procedures.
Undertake projects, which entail materials calculation, costing, project scheduling, manpower mobilization, study & preparation of drawings, site coordination, etc. for the successful implementation of all projects.
To study & improve methods of fabrication & installation at site, in order to ensure on-time job completion at lower cost & higher quality.
To monitor the progress of the project closely and take necessary actions to rectify problems at site.
To supervise, lead, guide, train & motivate all staff, contractors and other stake holders related to your Projects to ensure all projects are designed, fabricated, erected & installed correctly & effectively and meet all major objectives of Project Management, and assist in start-up, testing & commissioning and hand over process.
To minimize project cost that includes material cost, manpower cost, idling time, overtime, etc. at all times to ensure the smooth & efficient running of the project.
To liaise with fabrication, purchasing & erection/installation crews and to coordinate closely to ensure the smooth running & completion of the project.
To attend all project & site meetings to present, persuade and convince customers, contractors and al other related parties with facts, datas & figures that you are on-time, complying with all technical specifications & quality standards and obtain consent and approvals, extension of project time, variation orders, progress payment, modifications, etc. from all relevant parties.
Compare overall material, fabrication and installation cost with total weight of project and improve unit cost.
To visit customer sites to gather data and information in order to prepare proposal & quotations.
To carry out costing and prepare proposal and quotations for customers, as and when requested by our Sales team.
To prepare detailed technical specifications, layout drawings, standard general arrangement drawings, technical sketches, standard dimensional drawings for all projects and systems undertaken by the Company.
To visit customers to present proposals, follow-up on quotations and secure orders from customers.
To carry out any other technical, engineering and business duties, functions and responsibilities of the Company.
Any ad hoc tasks or tasks had assigned by Superiors or management from time to time.
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental or Mechatronic Engineering.
Work Experience Required:
2 ~ 5 years industrial work experience in handling and managing industrial projects related to air handling, industrial equipment and machinery for the manufacturing and process industries.
Good track record of success in planning, executing & controlling industrial projects and achieve set targets of on time completion, cost budgets and quality equipment & service.
Have good experience in co-ordinating and liaison with clients, sub-contractors, consultants and attend site meetings to resolve site problems & issues.

Good communication, interpersonal and people skills.
Action & Result oriented.
Must be able to travel outstation and physically fit.
Able to work independently and strong self-discipline.
Must be honest, positive, co-operative, follow instructions and be always responsible & accountable for all your job functions, duties & activities.
Knowledge in English, Malay and Mandarin languages will be added advantage.
