Description

We are looking for a talented sales consultant to monitor and analyse our sales department performance and suggest new strategies. Sales Consultant responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you. Our ideal candidate should be able to use statistical analysis software and provide reports on sales and marketing metrics. You will collaborate with the sales team and the marketing department to achieve business goals. Ultimately, you should be able to improve sales and increase profits.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies)
  • Set targets for the sales department
  • Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics
  • Analyse market trends
  • Monitor competition and follow current developments
  • Ensure sales team is up-to-date with business targets
  • Motivate sales team to achieve great results
  • Find prospective customers and new target segments
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a sales consultant
  • Proficiency in English
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Hours: Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16:30
