Factory and line layout planning, design, and improvement according to the process of each line.
Coordinate layout and workstation relocation activities.
Study and analyse time, motion, or speed involved in maintenance, production, or other related operations to establish standard production rate or improve efficiency.
Prepare charts, graphs, or diagrams to illustrate workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, or machine utilization.
Order and purchase manufacturing equipment for production operations
Participate or support in audits
Lead and ensure the condition of the factory building.
Lead new projects and renovation, M&E maintenance.
Advise management on measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the facilities
Ensure maintenance schedule for all facilities are followed through
Lead, manage and maintain overall plant utilities and facilities.
Perform planning, breakdown analysis, technical drawings and forecast tools required for repair works. Implement appropriate standard operating procedures when an emergency arises.
Work with operations team to resolve utilities issues in timely manner with minimal impact on production operation.
Work closely with relevant parties to ensure all services, facilities and equipment complies with the regulations.
Ensure all contracted services meets the specified results, carry out inspection on work performed and recommend for corrective actions when necessary.
Maintain 6S ensure the compliance on safety


Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years' experience in manufacturing industry
Chargeman Certificate in AO is an added advantage
Experience in maintenance and repair in facilities
Able to work independently under minimum supervision
Good communication skills
