Paperflite is looking for a hunter to join our world-class sales org and scale the outbound team.
You’ll be the face of the company. Your responsibilities will include managing the outbound pipeline and coming up with winning strategies to generate demand. Your role will be cross-functional and you’ll get to work closely with the leadership team in a flat non-hierarchical culture.
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have:
Hands-on experience with multiple outbound sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
At least 1 year of experience in outbound calling & emailing
Great communication to connect with prospects
Been in a quota-carrying role
Your responsibilities at Paperflite include:
Proactively build a pipeline for our sales reps to close.
Identify ideal customer profiles and consistently deliver on SQL targets by executing outbound sales activities
Contacting potential prospects through cold calls, emails, and various other touchpoints
Leverage our tech stack (Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Klenty, and HubSpot) and intent data to reach prospects.
Research accounts to understand the customer’s need, perform effective follow-up, and generate interest
Schedule 10-20 qualified demos per month
Min 1 year as an SDR/BDR in B2B SaaS.

Have excellent verbal & written communication skills

Are tech-savvy (we’re a tech company y’all!)
Have experience in selling Sales/MarTech tools (not mandatory, but gives you an edge)
Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to build a personal brand on Linkedin and other social platforms (good to have)
