BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (INTERNATIONAL)
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (INTERNATIONAL)

· Lead the sales/business development team to develop strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and outcomes within the stipulated time frame

· Training and coaching business development, business development support staff

· Generate new sales leads, negotiates client pricing and to forecast sales revenue

· Evaluate current sales performance and to identify ways to grow 

· Initiate sales and marketing activities proactively to reach out to customers in existing and new market segments

· Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements and implementing change

· Work closely with the respective departments to ensure service quality and compliance services are met for the entire customers’ value chain

· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Managing Director

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in Busines, Marketing with at least 6 years of business development/sales and marketing experience

· Possess a Class-3 driving license

· Excellent command of spoken and written in 2 main languages to effectively communicate with internal team and external clients

· Proven track record of generating new business and rapid revenue growth

· Willing to travel to meet clients and participate in international trade shows

· Only truly self-motivated, goal oriented and commission driven personnel needs to apply

· Successful candidate will be based in Johor office with direct reporting and frequent travel to Singapore office.
