About the role

We are currently looking for full time available to do night shifts across Monday - Sunday or 4 days a week to work on a part time basis

Provide an efficient and timely check-in and check-out!
Assist with guest bookings and enquiries.
Accurate process of payments ( upfront room payment, mini bar & In Room Dining cost).
Receiving and recording reservation requests.
Resolving customer service queries with diplomacy and tact.

About You

Highly passionate about guest experience? The successful candidate will be a hospitality professional who enjoys daily interaction with a goal to achieve guest service excellence every day.

The successful applicant will have:

Previous guest service working experience
Strong passion to build a career in hospitality.
Administration, problem-solving skills and attention to detail highly regarded.
Previous experiences with Opera
Bilingual/Multilingual is advantageous
