HEAD OF SALES

BASED: - LONDON x 3 days a week – HYBRID

Agency and PropTech experience - essential 

The Head of Sales role is absolutely central to the growth trajectory over the coming years. It is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated, imaginative, resilient and goal-oriented individual to move their career forward.

I am looking for an ambitious Head of Sales to join the team and take responsibility for the training, development and output of our sales function; building a high-performing team capable of achieving goals at the very top-end of its capacity.

Alongside the day-to-day management responsibilities, there will also be a focus on assisting with key client accounts, resolving any partner issues and working very closely with our COO to define and improve sales strategy and conversion. This distinctive role offers the right candidate a unique opportunity to become part of the next successful stage of a high-growth and profitable PropTech business.

What you'll be doing

Management of 4 direct reports, from day-to-day optimisation of performance metrics, to longer term training and development

Working closely with the COO to build and align the sales strategy to our business objectives

Hiring and retention of high-quality sales team members

Continuous analysis of the sales funnel and the conversion metrics required to hit targets

Management of key clients to maintain and progress our working relationships

Working closely with various stakeholders across the business to maximise selling opportunities

Identifying, reporting on, and evaluation of, sales data to generate insights which will drive high performance within the team

What we'll need from you

You are a passionate, high-energy motivator who loves to maximise the potential of others

You have proven success in a target-driven sales management role

You’re an excellent all-round communicator

You can demonstrate strong phone sales, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

You’ll be data driven - comfortable with analysing and presenting sales data; and using this data to inform strategy

You want to make a difference in a challenging role that brings together your strengths

Experience working within the real estate sector is not essential but may be beneficial
