We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Gladstone Operations Team.

Key responsibilities will include:

Planning and leading the overall execution of all project functions
Ensuring project quality is aligned with statutory and client requirements
Preparation and management of project budgets and cost control issues
Managing all HSE standards and targets to ensure project safety
Fostering and managing customer relationships
Management of labour and supervision to ensure efficient utilisation
Manage multiple projects achieving high performance

What you will bring

Project Management / Project Coordination experience
Strong Client Relationships
Extensive operational, construction or maintenance background within the resources industry
An innovative approach to continuous improvement and successful delivery methods
Strong understanding in commercials, budgets/construction metrics, estimating, forecasting and change management (involving changes to scope, quantities and time frames)
Quality and completions knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
