CRM Team Lead, Card Connect – Cape Town/Johannesburg.
A vacancy for a CRM Team Lead within Card Connect, a division of Main Street 1723 (Pty) Ltd, in Cape Town or Johannesburg.
The responsibilities of the position include, but not limited to:
Manage a team of developers (Mentoring, admin etc)
Engage stakeholders on solution requirements, possible solutions and progress.
Architect software solutions to meet the needs of the business
Perform code reviews, code merges, and assist with release, incl post release support.
Take responsibility for the overall solution being implemented.
Identify system deficiencies and potential improvements and implement effective solutions.
Minimize technical debt, in existing and new applications.
Design data definitions; software flow and functionality, with emphasis on reusable modules
Define unit tests and sample data
Desired Experience & Qualification
A relevant qualification (Degree or Diploma) within a computing discipline (Computer Science, Information Systems, Information technology)
A Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement Certification (2015, 2016 or 365).
Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement / CRM Online 2015, 2016, or 365.
Experience in Dynamics 365 CE Configuration, Customisation, standard workflows, dashboards, forms, and views
Experience in working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM 365.
Knowledge of C# Custom Plugins & Custom Workflow Assemblies.
Understanding of Dynamics 365 CE best practices.
Experience with Agile working methods (Scrum / Kanban)
Integration with third-party systems
