The Portfolio Performance Management (PPM) Team is responsible for oversight, analysis and consolidated reporting on the bank wide change portfolio. The team sits within the Group Change Delivery Portfolio Management Office (DPMO) and works closely with the other areas of DPMO, the Change Delivery teams and other key stakeholders to assess the performance of the complex change portfolio.

Effective delivery of Change is key to the bank meeting its regulatory requirements, maintaining a robust control environment, and continuing to improve the experience of our customers in an increasingly digital world. The MI, Analytics and Tooling Lead plays a critical role within the Delivery Programme Management Office (DPMO) through oversight and analysis of the bank-wide Change portfolio. The role holder will lead a team of five FTE that designs, executes and maintains a suite of analytics on the portfolio, as well as acts as the owner for the bank's Portfolio Management Tooling.

Develop strong working relationships with key internal partners, especially delivery teams working under Change Delivery Directors and Finance partners

Design and maintenance of a suite of analytics and reporting dashboards that produce accurate and timely analysis of the bank-wide change portfolio, including project financial, resourcing and delivery reports

Draw key insights out of the analytics, and work with the Head of Portfolio Performance to shape reporting to Exec Stakeholders on the state of the bank-wide change portfolio

Capture user requirements across Change and Exec Stakeholders and address these requirements in MI and analytics design as appropriate.

Leverage best in class software and reporting technology (e.g. Power BI) for MI and analytics; look for opportunities for further improve the user experience; drive overall continuous improvement

Design and own additional reports to facilitate oversight of the change resources and spend, resource capacity and allocations, missing timesheets, detailed extracts on project actual spend

Act as product owner for Clarity, the bank's Enterprise Portfolio Management tool

Oversee the team responsible for Clarity Support & Training, Development (based on user requirement identification), managing periodic upgrades, as well as month end and year end activities

Ensure that all decisions are made with a customer focused lens

Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders

Establish an effective collaboration with relevant internal partners on joint objectives

Ensure full compliance with all Group, Legal and Regulatory requirements and standards

In depth understanding of Change Management and Programme/Project Delivery

Experience of delivering transformational change in financial services sector

Experience with Enterprise Portfolio Management tools (e.g. Clarity)

Experience building Power BI applications

Experience of Enterprise PMO activities

Portfolio financial management skills including budgeting and forecasting
