Description


1. Recruitment & selection of new employees

2. Record keeping of existing employees

3. Structuring company policies (Leave, Transportation, Salary Increments, etc.)

5. Follow-up with employees with tasks assigned

6. Oversee Administration

7. Assist in onboarding and offboarding of employees

8. Handles discipline and termination of employees under company policy.

Requirements & Skills
Excellent English communication and listening skills
Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
Ability to work under pressure
Strong computer proficiency
