Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking a second or third income, retired, or seeking employment outside the standard full-time or part-time availability.

You can provide us with the days and hours you are available.
All shifts (nights/weekends)
When a shift opens within your availability, you will be paid a premium rate to cover the shift.
Open shifts are very common, so you will likely be called weekly
A State Security Officer license may be required, and payment assistance is available if needed.


You let us know when you are available and when you are not. Together, we will create a mutually beneficial opportunity. 2nd and 3rd shifts will be our most common need.


As a Security Officer, you will often be the first person people interact with at an assigned client site. You will maintain a positive environment and guest experience within this client site.
The Flex Officer will gain a broad and specialized knowledge of various posts. Flex Officers will be evaluated for leadership and further growth potential. Solid and reliable performance as a Flex Officer will earn the Security Officer consideration for assignment to supervisory or other leadership posts. Ideally, Flex Officers will develop career paths to further growth within the Company.

Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for client property and personnel security and safety.
Makes periodic patrols to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire control equipment.
Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site about personnel, visitors, and premises.
Controls access to client sites or facilities through the admittance process.
Patrol assigned site on foot or in vehicle; check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons.
Protects evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
Responds to fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents.

Prepares logs and reports as required
