What We’re Searching for:

Experienced Customer Service Representatives for your Linclonton, NC Plant who will deliver excellent service and build relationships through each interaction with our customers. Strong organizational, teamwork, and self-starter skills will lead you to success in this role.

How You Will Contribute:

Responsible for receiving, entering, and verifying orders in, assisting external and internal customers, and maintaining positive working relationships.
Ability to meet daily deadlines for order processing, scheduling, and delivery to our warehouse teams
Partner with Sales Manager, quality manager, shipping and accounting to facilitate order flow process and communicate customer specific requirements and needs are met
Provide pricing, inventory availability and production schedule information to customers
Track order activity and alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems
Partner with Sales Manager and Quality Manager to resolve routine customer issues
Suggest alternative products or services to meet customer needs when appropriate
Serve as a connection between customers and sales staff to ensure responsiveness and customer satisfaction
Track warehouse inventories and update customers on order status
Quickly and effectively resolve customer or production issues maintaining clear communication with customers on status and resolution
Handle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints; provide timely follow-up.
Maintain positive customer, vendor, and coworker relationships.
Assist all departments in the successful completion of customer orders

What it takes:

Prior work experience in the corrugated industry
High School diploma and 2+ years of college or customer service-related work experience with fortune 500 companies
Previous experience in packaging/corrugated industry is preferred
Demonstrate a customer-oriented mindset and ability to operate with customers’ best interests in mind
Strong written and verbal communication skills to understand requests and problems, inform on status, and negotiate solutions
Have strong attention to detail and be highly organized
Ability to simplify and solve simple to complex issues with focus on root cause and quick solution development
Demonstrate collaboration and teaming skills across functions to resolve issues and achieve organizational goals
