The Role

Job description:

Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customers general banking enquiries
  • Investigating and resolving customer enquiries and complaints
  • Supporting customers with digital education on online services
  • Working towards key performance targets

Ideal Profile

Requirements:

  • Exceptional people skills
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Flexible Full Time availability (Part Time considerations)
  • Ability to undertake multiple tasks whilst resolving customer needs
  • Intermediate computer skills
