Temporary HR Administratorrequired by a leading international healthcare charity based in central London.

This is anONGOING TEMPORARY ROLEfor approx. 3 to 6 months in the first instance paying circa £13.00 per hour this will be a HYBRID role (both home and office based working with great flexibility) office located in the City of London interviews asap!

The postholder will work in a team of 3 HR Administrators supporting 2 HR Officers. Key areas of responsibilities include all aspects of the recruitment function, onboarding, inductions, HR general administration and some L&D (when required).

Key duties include:
  • Support the HR Officer with recruitment campaigns, including advertising, monitoring candidate responses, responding to candidate queries, scheduling interviews and supporting the interview panel.
  • Monitor the recruitment inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain recruitment records and databases accurately.
  • Assist the HR Officer with candidate correspondence, employment checks and the onboarding process.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information in a professional and secure manner, in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Work with the HR Officer in improving recruitment and selection practices.
  • Coordinate and manage the running of learning programmes, this includes:
    • advertising courses internally
    • booking and cancelling participants, keeping the training register up to date
    • sending invites and pre-work when required
    • booking external facilitators
    • booking training spaces (when relevant)
    • administering training evaluation processes.
    • Maintaining training materials
    • On day training support (facilitating sessions, providing remote support)
    • Manage the learning and development calendar
    • Arrange and continuously improve onboarding events including introducing a buddy system.
    • Produce all relevant reports related to Learning and Development
    • Monitor and collect course evaluation forms and share lessons learned with the Learning and Development Officer.
