MGC Aerospace Ltd are a stockist and distributor of aerospace hardware, located in Cheshire and delivering to customers globally. Our specialisation is supporting our helicopter customers around the world, however the expertise within our company can be used to deliver outstanding customer service to any aircraft operator.

We have recently moved to a new, larger premises which means we now have empty desks to fill has one of these got your name on it?

We are seeking a talented, driven individual with a passion for both aircraft and sales. Ideally you would be from an industry already related to aerospace or aviation, but for a well rounded sales person who has a background in product selling, we can provide all the guidance and training required to make you successful.

The role will see you taking control of your own set of customers, and working with the other members of the team to ensure that 100% customer satisfaction is achieved at all times. You will be looking for ways in which you can grow business with these existing customers, and ensuring that you are absolutely smashing all sales KPIs attributed to you.

The role is split,

  • 70% of your time will be spent looking after your current customers, talking to them on the telephone at least once a week, as well as responding to their daily needs.
  • 15% of your time will be spent responding to ad-hoc requests for spares, which are generated via numerous stock listing websites.
  • 15% will be spent working hand-in-glove with the company directors in identifying new opportunities for the business, and ensuring that these are harnessed as efficiently as possible.


-Have a passion for aviation, aeroplanes or helicopters (perhaps even learning to fly)

-Have a passion for sales (ideally 1-3 years experience)

-Excellent phone, written & tech based communication skills

-Structured approach to work, including some knowledge of ERP systems

-Have an outgoing nature (but know when to tone this down if needed)

-Willing to learn

-Can fit seamlessly into an existing team

This role is majority office based, so you will be expected to be on site, in our office at least 2-3 times per week. We are flexible once you are comfortable in the role, that the other days could be worked remotely
