THE ROLE:

Join us as 1st Line Support Executive within our Commercial BPI team

In this role you will be the key contact for the client team on our visibility products, you will support the client team in their role as first line support and support the scoping & testing of new functionality and enhancements of products.

Competitive, dependant on experience


WHERE YOU WILL BE BASED:

This role is hybrid with some requirement to travel to our offices in Leeds - LS1 5EQ

(There would be an option for this role to be based at our offices in Gerrards Cross - SL9 7AP if preferred)


KEY RESONSIBILITES:

You will use and be a tracking Superuser with training and development

Monitor and support performance on all platforms

Understanding of & support on integrations

You will develop platform super users within the teams and provide training to wider team

Be able to work methodically through a process to identify risks and issues for resolution

Manage ticket progress and performance of internal departments

Monitor adherence to procedure for raising tickets

Share your knowledge within the wider team

Carry out demos to both internal & external customers

You will test the new Core Product functionality to ensure it is fit for purpose

Support our Implementation Managers

Aid customer confidence in tracking product, streamline processes where possible

Identify opportunities to improve systems functionality or reporting for the client and EV Cargo

Work with the BPI team on projects for the wider business

Support BPI and System Manager where required

Daily and weekly reporting to senior team on SLA performance and identifying slow moving tickets

Influencing and collaborating with the teams to test developments in a timely manner


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You will have your GCSE Maths and English Level 4 (Grade C) and above desirable not essential

Proven experience in a similar role

Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level.

Strong influencing & negotiation skills with the ability to influence others through the results of data analysis and interpretation

The ability to operate effectively in a rapidly growing and dynamic changing environment.

Demonstrates a strong sense of commercial acumen through knowledge of industry best practice

Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services

Build good working relationships with work colleagues and our customers

A can-do, proactive and problem-solving attitude

Proven ability to develop, maintain and enhance relationships with a variety of internal and external networks

Proven IT Skills - Proficient in PowerPoint & Excel

A proven disciplined self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and/or remotely

Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise and react to change quickly and positively and meet deadlines and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering results

Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders of all levels in process re-design projects

Persistence and determination to see through projects which innovate and drive change

Good organisation and coordination skills and the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
