Page Personnel Recruitment are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Executive to join a well known leisure and sport company based in Hemel Hempstead with over 50 centres throughout the UK! You will play a key role in ensuring that our client delivers an excellent customer experience. Our client is continually expanding their estate with over 3 centres opening up every year.

Description

You will be reporting directly to the CRM Manager.

Key responsibilities for the Email Marketing Executive based in Hemel Hempstead:

  • Planning, execution and optimisation of Email & CRM campaigns
  • Identify opportunities for existing and new tactical and automated CRM programmes followed by implementation and testing
  • Implement data analysis and email marketing best practice to drive engagement rates and revenue contribution
  • Support with co-ordinating all aspects of database management; cleansing, data capture and segmentation enhancement
  • Working with the brand and campaigns team to create fresh, engaging and effective email creative for new campaigns
  • Deliver insightful briefs to external agencies
  • Responsible for ensuring all emails are aligned with the brand guidelines and the retail calender
  • Co-ordinate the email approval process to ensure emails are signed off in a timely manner by relevant stakeholders
  • Set up and broadcast email campaigns to deadlines
  • Co-ordinate support for tactical local emails, making recommendations to optimise the campaign and manage expectations on delivery time-lines
  • Deliver the email marketing test & learn programme in collaboration with the CRM Manager
  • Implement email marketing best practice to drive response and attribution; open rates, CTO rates and revenue contribution
  • Deliver weekly reporting on campaign effectiveness
  • Deliver monthly campaign and database reporting and analysis, identifying trends, campaign learning's and ongoing recommendations to improve email performance
  • Work with the Data Protection Officer and CRM Manager to support GDPR data compliance and best practice
  • Using CRM to drive email campaigns and expand into other channels
  • Monitoring customer database, ensuring it's segmented for targeted marketing activities
  • Bringing in creative ideas and preparing briefs for internal and external bodies
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance for improvement

Profile

What is important is for you to have the right attitude and mind-set for this Email Marketing Executive role. Ideally you will have experience in the below:

  • CRM Marketing background (if you come from a Leisure background, this is an advantage)
  • Previous experience of working with life cycle automated email journeys and triggers
  • Understanding of web analytics and segmentation opportunities
  • Good understanding of various email clients and deliver-ability advantageous
  • Very well organised
  • Good written and verbal communication
