Salary: £65K base, £80K OTE

To complement its offering operates with a network of industry suppliers for the mutual benefit of customers, and the partners. The Partner Technical Manager is a key and exciting role at the core of our growth strategy. Our Partners help us innovate faster, build sales channels we might not reach on our own and co-generate ideas, solutions and technology that our customers demand. You will be responsible for the technical relationships with our partners and customers, this will be as the customers and partners look to use the Foundations Platform-As-A-Service to build Apps and integrations initially and on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities of this role,

1. Support our customers and partners with demos and technical meetings/queries relating to our Platform and AppMarket

2. Work in collaboration with the Platform team to ensure market requirements and client feedback are considered into the roadmap

3. Support partners with training on how to position and demo their Platform Apps and Integrations with our clients 4. Giving customers and partners technical advice on the full product range

5. Demonstrate our Platform capability and its AppMarket to potential/existing customers and support onboarding

6. Become a Foundations Platform product expert - understanding our APIs and developer tools in depth

7. Understand customers’ and partners’ technical requirements and support them architect solutions that satisfy their needs and deliver business value

8. Build and demonstrate solutions built on the Platform technology

9. Help to drive greater customer adoption and satisfaction by championing customer technical feedback internally, especially with Product teams

10. Work collaboratively with the Sales, Delivery, Product and Marketing teams

11. Build relationships with customers and industry partners as one of the key AppStore and Platform voices to the PropTech market

12. Facilitate solution discovery, solution overview, and technical deep dive sessions with customers and partners

13. Share information with the sales and technical teams about our products and the market

14. Help the sales team identify and understand customer, partner business objectives, and align to our Platform technology

15. Ability to run and manager customer and partner workshops - through a variety of customer discovery techniques


· Broad understand of industry 'PropTech’ space and technology used by residential estate agents

· Detailed understanding of APIs and technical integration methods

· Ability to work with other departments (sales, product, marketing, finance)

· Be able to understand commercial models and features and benefits of each

· Have experience in a technical client-facing role (ideally pre-sales) within a SaaS/API/Platform company

· Knowledge of;

· Server/client authentication

· Developer tooling

· Detailed understanding of APIs and technical integration methods

Manage the technical relationships between us and customers and partners. Learn the needs of our partners and customers and look at processes and best practice to support them.

Continuously seek opportunities to Improve our partner offerings Collaborate with the business to drive transparency, predictability and repeatability throughout our partner strategy from a technical standpoint.

Within 1 month this person will understand the Foundations PaaS environment, documentation and how this interoperates with our software products.

Within 3 months this person will have become proficient in the workings of the Foundations PaaS, able to collaborate with the key stakeholders to provide them with a full understanding of the environment, answer queries and support the development and build of Apps and integrations.

Within 6 months this person will be the point of reference for all things technical platform related and will be proficient in supporting us in the technical pre-sales of platform.
