This role is within the CIC Inbound Business Integration Team and will report to the Business Integration Director. The Business Integration Team are part of the Professional Services Team and support the delivery of new opportunities and change into the business.
Business Analyst / Integration Manager
Capita is looking for Business Analysts/Business Integration Managers to join their team at CIC!
The Role will be involve working remotely from home with travel to operational sites or client sites as required.
The role primarily covers the ‘Inbound Services’ of the CIC Operation that is focussed on Data Capture and Digitisation, Business Process Automation, Digital Mailrooms, Document and Records Management. The role is ideally suited to candidates with a strong Business Analysis / Solutions Analysis background and will involve working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver new work into the Operation. Working closely with the Project Manager, the Business Integration Manager will apply due diligence at the outset of any delivery, agreeing requirements and defining the appropriate end-to-end processes, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned. The ability to see both the ‘big picture’ and the low level detail is essential in adopting a “Right 1st Time Principle”.
The Business Integration Manager also works closely with the Business Integration Director and wider delivery teams to identify where processes and practices can be streamlined, standardised or automated to deliver positive change into the business.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting solution delivery from initiation to go-live;
Facilitating client/internal workshops to gather requirements;
Producing standard sets of documents including process maps, workflows, requirements and standard operating procedures;
Supporting / guiding stakeholders, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME);
Supporting the Business Integration Director with pre-sale activity where required;
Supporting process improvement within the business;
Maintaining strong working relationships, working closely with internal teams including Development, IT and Operations;
Quality focused and with a commitment to best practice;
What we’re looking for:
Strong capability of business analysis including Business Process Re-engineering;
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools - including Visio;
Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and communicate effectively;
Ability to work independently in the achievement of assigned targets;
Strong organisational and planning skills;
Strong written and verbal communications - with the ability to outline complex propositions in layman’s terms;
Skilled in client facing presentations to multiple audiences and after training demonstration of CIC solutions;
Ability to work on multiple projects at one time;
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
Good attention to detail and accuracy;
Strong interpersonal skills and the associated ability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organisation, clients, partners, and suppliers;
Educated to degree level or equivalent and / or hold professional Business Analysis qualification e.g. ISEB
Understanding of document capture technologies and back office processing;
Experience of delivering solutions within the Health, Financial Services, Insurance and / or Local Government markets;
Experience in process automation functions, creation and management;
Understanding of all aspects relating to secure data handling;
