About the Role
Lead and manage the successful delivery of projects or a program of work (delivery stream) comprising complex and high-risk projects, ensuring desired outcomes are achieved and robust solutions are delivered that meet customer needs and expectations.
Ensure project management capability is maintained within DMN by leading, managing and directing a multi-disciplinary project team/s within DPS and/or project team/s within the Chief Digital Health Office.
Ensure the projects or program of work are managed in accordance with DMN Digital Portfolio Management Office (PMO) best practice guidelines and standards as well as Queensland Health's formal program and project management methodologies.
Provide expert advice into the delivery and planning of projects to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with Queensland Health and Metro North Health policies, frameworks, strategies and architecture.
Initiate, influence and maintain relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders facilitating effective communication channels to ensure the successful delivery of the program of work.
