You will be part of a diverse team from Employee Central, Candidate Care, Compliance, Payroll Operations and System Support.

About The Role

Reporting to the Payroll Operational and Systems Manager you will lead the Payroll Operational Team in all aspects of payroll operational functions. You will endeavour to lead your team to deliver a high quality payroll service to ensure client satisfaction.

A key part of this team is ensuring its employee focused, that the team works as one, and is recognised for its excellence in service across the Health Service. The outcomes achieved and generated from this role should be evident to key stakeholders within the Finance & Payroll areas, Management, and support services. 

About You

You have been developing your management and leadership skills or you are an accomplished Payroll Team Leader or a Payroll Manager of a small to medium team; either way, you are ready to take this next step in your Career. You lead by example, thrive working in a dynamic, fast paced environment and are truly passionate about delivering quality and a high standard of accuracy within the Payroll Finance. What You Need:
Proven ability to effectively lead & coach a Payroll Operations Team, along with experience leading a team of a complex, multi-site organisation with several enterprise agreements
Understand and adhere to standards, methodologies and operation procedures for the execution of Payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner
5 plus years’ experience within Payroll Services with a Large Organisation
Experience working within a high volume environment
Health industry experience
