The Role:

Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint an enthusiastic Chef Manager to lead at Mt Terry Aged Care in Albion Park! 

Roster: Mon-Fri (9:00am-5:30pm)

Chef Salary:  $73,038 per year

What This Role Involves:
Dual responsibilities in food preparation / presentation and site management
Overall cost management with a focus on food and labour costs
Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking 
Adhering to food hygiene & safety practices
Demonstrable team management, development and leadership
Assisting the broader team as required
The ideal candidate will have:
Certificate III (or similar) in Commercial Cookery
Experience with managing labour, food & operational costs 
Previous experience in operating kitchens and/or site management
Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
