A leading Financial Services organisation is seeking a Manager - Modern Workplace to join their team on a permanent basis.
Leading the Modern Workplace team, the role will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's employee modern workplace experience, which consists of Office 365 / Microsoft 365, Windows 10, Citrix and Azure PaaS. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing the financials and budgets, risk management as well as developing future roadmaps. This role will suit candidates with high level communication skills and the ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.
To be successful in this role you will need:
Tertiary qualifications and / or relevant industry certifications
Proven system engineering / EUC experience gained within large, complex environments
Demonstrated experience leading a team of modern workplace professionals
Strong understanding of ITIL and agile practices
Experience managing budgets and resources
Excellent coordination and influencing skills
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead and mentor others
