Role: Operations ManagerThe ideal candidate is an energetic team player with the ability to create and maintain efficient systems and processes supporting the operations side of the business. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units in order to ensure expectational levels of customer service in a high paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a warehouse team as well as managing delivery and trucking fleet operations and resources.Key Responsibilities:Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliabilityLead and mentor the warehouse and delivery/ appliance installation teamsEstablish and maintain key processes related to operations, warehousing and fleet resourcesManage the daily functions of the business including receiving, shipping, inventory management, scheduling, dispatchingPrepare annual performance reviews and reevaluate processesDevelop and manage key KPI's and performance measurements for optimized efficiencyEnsure all safety, security, regulatory and compliance protocols are known, achieved and maintainedA key member of ERP systems implementation and optimizationManage an operations budget to align with goals of business Qualifications:5+ years of experience in a similar roleExperience in Lean, Six Sigma principles and their applicationExperience in wireless warehousing ERP environmentProficiency with Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational and communication skillsStrong ability to multitaskComfort working with multiple groups within businessEmployment TypeFull-time/ On Site
