Apex Systems is a global IT services provider and our staffing practice has an opening for a full time IA Digital Transformation Manager to place at our client, a pharmaceutical company

Job Description:
Business Requirements
Understand and analyze end-to-end business processes, supporting the translation of needs into technical automation solutions
Collaborate with Stakeholders to develop high-level business cases for project investments
Delivery Team Lead
Communicate the vision and target outcome to the technical team
Understand development estimates and how levels of effort impact the priority of requirements
Provide design and technical guidance, supporting development as needed
Manage the delivery team's capacity and resource allocations based on priorities and task complexity
Understand core internal IT products in order to inform IA design
Responsible for ensuring compliance across all delivery and support processes
Continuous improvement and optimization of tools, capabilities, support and IT processes
Project Management
Responsible for the overall delivery timeline of projects
Verifies scope & acceptance conditions, plans for resources, controls project execution, coordinates project team activities, and secures additional funding/resourcing as needed
Manages product backlog and product quality
Represents project in management reviews and communicates project status to business & IT stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and above in major of IT discipline related or equivalent
3-5 years of related experience supporting automation technology deployments: Process Mapping, Feasibility Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment & Ongoing Support
Experience in retail, ecommerce, digital transformations
Experience presenting to senior leaders, influencing strategic change and managing priorities across a matrixed organization
Working experience designing and implementing Robotic Process Automation solutions across a variety business and technology processes
Hands-On experience with one or more of the following platforms: UIPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, MS Power Automate
Experience working in both co-located and virtual teams, as well as in IT Dev/Ops environments
Experience leading technical teams: Managing priorities, balancing resources between operational support and enhancements, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
Experience with a broad set of IA capabilities considered an asset: Process Mining, Task Mining, Conversational AI, Machine Learning
