Job Description
We are looking for a Retail Experience Manager in the Commercial Marketing department at Canada Goose. In partnership with cross-functional peers, you will collaborate on the experiential signature strategy of Canada Goose and support the luxury retail standards encompassing our Canadian Warmth DNA.
The Retail Experience Manager is responsible for the delivery of exceptional client experience, with a specific focus on retail. In this role, the Retail Experience Manager will deliver and support the luxury retail experience for Canada Goose with achievable and tangible results. This role requires in-depth knowledge across multiple disciplines such as Retail, Operations, Sales, CRM, Digital, Technology, Process and Design Thinking, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a link between different functions and synthesize all business strategies, such as global, regional, digital, retail, marketing, insights, etc. to contribute to the Canadian Warmth Experience Signature roadmap
Coordinate cross-functional Canadian Warmth initiatives, across all channels and functions
Constantly seeking opportunities to raise the bar in all aspects of the Canadian Warmth experience signature through a strong OMNI channel perspective
Innovate guest experience initiatives that enable business growth and have a measurable results
Work closely with both the experience, education and retail teams in planning experience projects, training and animating the retail team on the floor
Work with internal and external innovation partners, agencies and tech solution counterparts to explore new future of retail opportunities
Create playbook and visual guidelines to standardize retail experience and support regional partners in delivering with excellence a consistent and unique experience signature across the globe
Experience, Education and Designations:
University degree in business/marketing equivalent education required
Minimum of 5+ years experience in the luxury retail industry with a strong understanding of retail environment, experience, and operations
Proven track record in the area of marketing or brand project management, ideally in a luxury environment
Understanding of program and project management methodologies & skills
Ability to produce sophisticated decks and materials
Strong stakeholder management skills to work across the organization to maintain program momentum
Excellent problem solver with analytical capabilities and comfortable leading data-driven decisions
Ability to organize, set priorities and manage multiple projects on tight deadlines
Experience working on cross-functional teams is a must
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
