Do you have some office based customer liaison/administration experience and possess an interest in technical design/manufacturing or perhaps have some technical administration/sales administration experience?

If you would like to work for a small but successful business based in Clevedon, be trained in the technical aspects so you can take on a role with lots of customer, supplier and external contractor liaison then this new opportunity could be just what you are looking for.

This is a great position if you are interested in working in a sales office where you will have responsibility for handling initial sales enquiries as they come into the business by both email and telephone.

Your role will be to gain a full understanding of the customers requirement and supplier capability to deliver the project moving on to providing technical project quotations & calculations working on bespoke company software.

Any experience od CAD software would be an asset as you gain knowledge and experience in the role, MS office skills are required .

All positions within the company are integral in this small close knit team and you will have lots of interaction with your sales colleagues ensuring CRM data is accurately maintained so sales opportunities can be maximised by the business.

Key personal attributes that will help to build success and happiness in this role are confident verbal and written communication skills, ability to meet deadlines, being an enthusiastic team player, demonstrating patience, empathy and understanding when handling long term client projects

This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week(9am -5.30pm with an hour for lunch),it offers 28 days holiday plus Xmas shut down and an extra day off for your birthday.

Holidays increase after 5 years of service by 1 day per year up to 10 years of service.

Parking is available on site in Clevedon
