We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our expanding AML Risk &Compliance team in Sheffield.

About the Role

The AML department is responsible for managing the administration of the client opening process, in particular anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and the client data held on the firm's systems.You will provide a key role, in supporting the AML team on all administration tasks the focus being managing the AML team's inbox.

Other areas that you will be involved in are:- Dealing with queries from all levels of the business including our Partnership on client opening processes.- Liaising across the different Business Services departments on client opening processes.- Providing help and assistance to the business through the AML hotline.- Taking minutes during Meetings.- Providing personal assistance to the Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer and the AML Team to include administration tasks, dealing with travel and expenses. - Assisting members of the AML team on day-today activity and project work as it arises.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have the following:- Educated to degree level and have worked in a professional services environment before preferably in a similar role - Detail orientated and strong organisational skills- Good time management skills to prioritise workloads, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Excellent verbal, written and face-to-face communication skills - A professional demeanour - Desire to work in a team but also self-motivated- Enthusiastic, positive and committed team member- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
