Description

i am currently recruiting for an experienced administrator to join a lovely team based in Liverpool. This is a great opportunity for someone who is driven, a quick learner and happy to work in a fast past environment. This is a temporary role for 3 months initially. The main purpose of this role is to process, acknowledge and schedule customer orders in a timely and accurate manner as well as completing customer service related administration tasks as required

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am-4:45pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process, acknowledge and schedule customer orders within set timescales
  • Schedule customer orders within stock lead times, and accordance with customer availability
  • Maintain manual and computerised systems
  • Process delivery paperwork accurately
  • Resolve any relevant order queries, and conduct the appropriate admin
  • Arrange, monitor and follow-up quote requests via sub-contractors as required
