This role will have extensive interaction with HR Advisors in the UK & overseas. It will require strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor, and advise.
Not only will you co-ordinate the multiple payrolls but there will be the opportunity to get involved with developing the benefits offering, getting involved with various ad hoc projects and the current workday implementation.
Offering a salary up to £45,000 plus competitive benefits package, plus flexible working and a culture that promotes employee welfare.
It is essential that you can demonstrate recent and significant experience of co-ordinating and managing a large multiple payroll process. International payroll exposure would be an advantage.
