Remote Sales Administrator - Full time Your new companyOur client is committed to becoming a leading, global clinical diagnostics company in infectious diseases. Your new roleTo support the global sales team with commercial data generated by our ERP (Sage) CRM (SalesForce) platforms. This role will support the day-to-day management of the SalesForce CRM system both managing internal and external stakeholders. Management of the "Dashboard" for the General Managers (GM's) (covering UK and Rest of World) to be able to report to Executive Leadership Team (ELT) with accurate financial data, sales forecasting and actuals. Support the global GM's in the management of commercial pipeline with data reports from the ERP (SAGE) and CRM (SALESFORCE) systems.

  • Providing support for the global sales team
  • Support global sales team with ERP and CRM data as and when needed
  • Support members of the sales team with CRM opportunity management
  • Managing and maintaining product price lists and descriptions in CRM
  • Uploading of new products and commercial information when needed into CRM
  • Support the global sales team with their account and pipeline management through Salesforce CRM
  • Co-ordinate any CRM improvements of developments in line with GM's and feedback to any external partner
  • Promote adoption of the CRM system across the commercial group
  • Organise and/or deliver CRM training for commercial group and new starters
  • Run reports our stakeholder engagement with CRM to ensure usage
  • Manage data quality and feedback to Regional GM's of any CRM non-conformance
  • Present CRM analytics at Sales and Commercial meetings
  • Maintaining and managing uploads on SharePoint for sales team/distributor files
  • Facilitating all marketing needs from team/distributors to tactical or strategic marketing teams
  • Managing all enquiry inboxes logging in SFDC and assigning to correct sales lead
  • Planning of regional sales meetings with relevant GM's
  • Facilitating all apostille and notary requests
  • Post-Market surveillance reporting from Sage (Tech/Marketing/CS/Sales)
  • Manage inbound global sales enquiries and input them into the CRM tagged to the appropriate Sales Manager

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in managing CRM (Salesforce) databases for a minimum of 2 years
  • IT Literate - experience with MS Office
  • Good work ethic and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as a member of a wider team
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Experience in prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines.
  • Biological/Scientific qualification (desirable)
  • Customer service experience
