With a Nationwide Presence, & an office based in the local community, they are now seeking (due to expansion) a Team Leader/Business Manager to complement their friendly and highly professional team of eight.
Ideally, you will have experience in either Banking (Bank Manager or Team Leader) Insurance-Insurance Broker/Manager, or indeed some Financial Services background as a 'Sales Team Leader’ - Call Centre Team Leader.This role will be multi-faceted so the successful applicant will have to be able to multi-task and be hands-on in their day-to-day duties.
A pre-requisite for this role will be someone who is used to working with energy and enthusiasm together with sound organisation skills in order to carry out such duties as some training/coaching- (also some minor disciplinary actions with members of staff, if and when required).
You will need to bring plenty of drive and foresight to this professional team in order to maintain the success their offices have already gained.
