Sales Support Administrator - Equipment Hire Specialists - Manchester

Permanent Position - £22,000 per annum

Sales Support Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing new accounts and updating price lists
  • Inputting charge codes and hire amendments on customer accounts
  • Supporting in general administrative activities
  • Providing excellent service to a wide range of customers

Sales Support Administrator Skills and Experience:

  • Proven customer service experience with a friendly and confident phone manner
  • Excellent administration skills with great attention to detail and organisation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Minimum of Grade 4 or above in Maths and English GCSE
  • Experience with V Look is desirable

Package and Benefits:

  • Salary: £22,000 per annum
  • Location: Manchester, Trafford Park
  • Contract: Permanent, 40 hours
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • 22 days holiday + bank holidays
