I am looking for an ambitious Digital Marketer with proven success of driving growth to set KPIs. You will bring a solid understanding of online marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, performance marketing and website management. Experience in PPC and Paid online advertising, including budget management, is essential. Working within the Digital Marketing Team you will spend your time working on digital advertising campaigns that will reach our current and prospective B2C customer base.We are looking for someone who understands the need for an engaging website and online presence involved in delivering KPIs - if a campaign does not drive results you are quick to react and diagnose challenges testing other ideas to identify what works well and what does not.

Responsibilities:

· Managing and monitoring two core White Label websites to maximise authority, health and google rankings, working towards set KPIs.· SEO, keyword optimisation, backlink generation, supporting blog/content creation working with the Marketing team and Communications manager to execute new content· Responsible for monitoring campaign performance to drive growth – including reach, click through rates, cost per acquisition and conversions.· Drive & track digital metrics by using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mouseflow and other reports to provide recommendations for improved performance.· Creating Google Analytics dashboards and other reports that are insightful and help inform next steps· Working with our Digital Marketing Manager and web development team, and wider digital marketing team to drive B2C and B2B KPIs.

Skills Required:

· Budget management within ad platforms· Ad platforms experience such Google Ads, Meta Business & Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager· Experience in SEO, strategies and tactics. White-hat techniques.· Experience in search tools such as Google Search Console, SEM Rush· Basic HTML· Familiar with CMS and back-end website platforms (WordPress would be an advantage).· Competent MS Office & CMS skills, Adobe Creative Suite
