Interaction recruitment has a great opportunity for a HR and Payroll Manager to join a well-established organisation who operate on a international scale from their site in Peterborough Cambridgeshire £35,000 - £45,000 per annum Permanent Role Responsibilities · This individual will play a major role in the leadership and organisational structure of the business. · Collaborate and communicate closely with their employees to support business growth and develop and build upon a high-performance culture. · Ensure organisational capabilities are always maximised through effective talent acquisition and performance management. · Provide support and consultative HR expertise to all member of the organisation on implementing and delivering business initiatives. · Work in corporation with business partners, legal and HR team to manage employee related issues and cases. · Basic collation payroll for the company - not actual payroll processing Candidate Profile · Proven record and experience of high-quality leadership and guidance to HR project delivery. · Great employee engagement. · Passionate for talent acquisition and development. · Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and develop relationships with key stakeholders. · Innovative approach to dealing with HR queries and a can-do attitude.
