My client is very well established IT development company who are now widely recognised as a successful specialist IT recruitment business. Working with public, private and partner organisations they are hugely successful and one of the leading experts in delivering IT service solutions.

Duties for the role Principal Consultant:? To support the talent acquisition strategy of clients, attracting candidates to job roles with client companies? Delivering a quality experience and generating revenue in line with agreed targets? Generate sales in line with agreed targets? Develop a significant following market place through digital communications and using appropriate social media? Become the go to recruiter for clients? Be known as an expert in chosen sector? Develop and deliver a business development strategy? New business development - turning prospects in to clients ? Negotiate contracts and appropriate commercial terms? Manage and deliver excellent experiences for our clients? Build relationships with clients and influence their loyalty towards us? Develop and deliver account management strategies which create long term profitable relationships? Evolving long term relationships and partnerships with clients by building an understanding of their structure, culture, hiring needs and preferences? Work with delivery team to ensure that all of client's needs are met? Ensure that candidates have a positive experience? Review CVs provided by delivery team and create a shortlist to be submitted before the agreed deadline? Build a personal brand with senior and specialist candidates in your market

Qualities required to excel in the role of Principle Consulant:? Knowledge of industry, competitors and clients and their businesses ? Information of internal systems, processes and the recruitment processes ? Strong sales skills, negotiating ability and relationship-building ? Communication - written and verbal; listening, questioning, influencing and presenting ? Positive, tenacious and resilient with a confident persona and inquisitive mindset? Ambitious and determined to achieve targets and objectives

Working hours and Benefits package:

Salary £35,000 Basic £45,000 OTE working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
