Page Personnel are currently recruiting a Reception Admin on behalf of their award winning client based in Bradford. The role will ibe varied and the ideal candidate will be working in a fast-paced working environment, with great exposure to progression opportunities.

Description

The key duties/ responsibilities of the Reception Admin:

  • Meeting/ greeting visitors
  • Inputting data onto the system with speed and accuracy
  • Ensuring rooms are clean and tidy at all times
  • Booking in appointments
  • Helping the wider team with adhoc duties (photocopying, scanning, filing)

Profile

The successful Reception Admin will have/ be:

  • Great communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • Organised
  • Ability to input data with speed & accuracy
  • Easily adaptable to new environments
  • Can work well both individually and as part of a team

Job Offer
