Working in-house for a Sunday Times Fast Track 100 direct-to-consumer food & beverages brand, you will be working in a hugely varied and fast-paced Account Executive / Account Management / Client Services focused role - responsible for managing relationships with multiple partners across the FMCG space.

The Role

  • Account Management of all the commercial partners before, during and after campaigns have been executed. Delivering exceptional service to ensure partners are happy.
  • Collate all campaign brief information for monthly partners to present to the Content & Community teams.
  • Owning and fulfilling the sign off process for partner content across print and digital.
  • Writing briefs for monthly surveys and reports, in conjunction with the Marketing team and owning the annual schedule.
  • Analyse reports data.
  • Present findings and reports to applicable partners.
  • Coordinate and fulfil partner competitions where applicable

The Person

  • Ideally at least 1 year of relevant experience in Account Management / Client Services / Partner Management – Agency or in-house.
  • Outstanding account management / client services skills.
  • Passionate about delivering a seamless service for partners.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Confidence in building new and existing relationships.
  • KPI and target driven.
  • Ability to work well with internal stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
