ROLE PROFILE:

Do you have a passion for great content with a natural, creative flair? A leading property company based in central Bournemouth are looking for an experienced Content & Communications Coordinator to join their Marketing Team.

The Communications and Content Coordinator will be integral to supporting the development of, and executing, the content and marketing plans to drive brand awareness by delivering compelling content that will bring the brand, reputation, and profile to life with public audiences.

You will be strong communicator and have knowledge of the property industry to develop a content plan and deliver a pipeline of engaging stories, commentary, and features across a range of channels.

The role offers hybrid working.

KEY DUTIES:

  • Supporting the development and owning the delivery of a relevant and engaging content plan
  • Communicating the content plan objectives, timelines, and deliverables to all key stakeholders
  • Developing / commissioning engaging content
  • Collaborating with others in the Marketing Team to develop and deliver the content pipeline for a variety of platforms and purposes that engages and provokes reaction (lead magnets, email campaigns, website, blog, newsletters, social media platforms, create newsletters, online profiles etc.)
  • Collaborating with key players in our Marketing Team to ensure that each piece of content gets the resources and attention it needs to be successful
  • Liaising with freelancers, suppliers and contractors to ensure projects are briefed accurately and delivered on time and excellent working relationships are maintained
  • Source the latest industry news, blogs, articles of interest regularly - commenting, sharing, liking etc
  • Being responsible for organising videos, speakers and photoshoot opportunities
  • Regular reporting and data analysis to inform content decision-making

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Experience in a marketing communications or content role
  • Good understanding of marketing and PR processes
  • Commercial awareness and experience in the property sector
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and agile environment
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with a passion for attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple and diverse priorities, pivoting where necessary
  • Confident and resilient with a strong 'can do’ work ethic
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
