Our Client is looking to hire a Business Reporting & Insights Consultant.

Location : Perth, Glasgow, Norwich, London (UK)

A bit about the job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Commercial Business Intelligence Team.

This is an interesting and varied role, where you will be faced with regular new data challenges. The department provides a reporting, insight, and analysis on all aspects Financial, Operational and Governance for Commercial Lines General Insurance.

The team provides a one-stop shop for anyone passionate about expanding their knowledge of Commercial Insurance, how it operates and what information it needs to operate.

Skills and experience they’re looking for:

  • Interest in technology, finance & problem solving. Scriptwriting experience essential with SQL, SAS or equivalent. Maintaining high coding standards, outstanding documentation & effective system testing.
  • Ability to design dashboards which are efficient and readable for non-data minded people. Experience developing BI solutions in Qlik Sense/QlikView is desirable.
  • Effective stakeholder management with the ability to coordinate and support/deliver training
  • Relevant similar industry experience required. Experience of insurance or the financial industry is an asset.
  • Higher education or relevant work experience in Mathematics, Computer Science or another STEM subject is a desirable.

  • Salary - National from £24,650, London from £29,350 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
