This is a well-known organisation in the area with a lot of opportunity for training and development.Your new roleYou will be responsible for supporting with any defects that are reported by customers on their property. This includes chasing contractors, booking them in, dealing with residents, ensuring the job is reported accurately onto the system and then is followed up until completion. You will also be responding to customers via phone and email, updating the logs accurately and updating the system.What you'll need to succeedYour previous experience within administration will help you succeed in this role. You will ideally come from a construction background or have worked for a main contractor before. You will also be able to get to the site in Altrincham.
