VRS Supply Chain Coordinator

Salary:£32,000-£35,000

Location: Milton Keynes

This is a 6-month contract

Scania GB are looking for a motivated individual to take on the exciting role as VRS Supply Chain Coordinator. As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will work closely with colleagues across the parts operations department including the VRS Product Manager, the Commercial Team, and the Customer Support Team, to ensure that clear channels of communication are in place between SGB and the supply chain and ensure the requirements of the business are met.

Skill Set:

  • Development of a specified list of Key Suppliers
  • Customer experience responsibility for nominated supplier’s products
  • Optimal management and ordering of Local Assortment stock at UK Warehouse
  • EDI supplier Forecasting
  • Direct Ship Order Management
  • Price File Updates
  • Invoice Verification
  • Expediting Back orders
  • Organising and partaking in Supplier meetings
