Meet and greet all clients providing 5* customer service at all times, assisting and answering any queries that they may haveSet up meeting rooms that have been booked, including setting up and arranging cateringAnswering telephone calls, emails, taking in deliveries, sorting out post and general adminAssisting building manager with day to day running of the buildingBuilding walks, checking that the building is as it should be, raising any maintenance issuesAssist with setting up events in the buildingProviding a friendly and welcoming environment for clients at all time, dealing with any issues promptly and professionallySalary£21,000 + excellent benefits package 33 days holiday + birthday off + parking on-site Working hours Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
